I think I am slipping a bit toward depression (not helped by the fact my menstrual cycle is due any day now, and I have awful PMS). Hubby went gaming with some friends he hasn’t seen in awhile, and he has had it rough with the end of the school year not to mention his mother passing away over the Christmas holidays and I don’t think he has had time to mourn her yet, so I know he deserves a break and time for himself. Honestly, what you've described so sounds like PMS. Maybe you really do need to just rest and sleep. Hopefully, the depressed feelings will pass very soon.

I get like this from pms sometimes too but it sounds like you have a lot on your plate. I’m sorry that this day has been so rough for you. Hopefully some sleep and getting through the next few days will help things to be better for you. Big hugs
