Let out of hospital this morning. Feeling a bit anxious about being in the real world. Otherwise feeling good.
Its nice to have my head normal not manic, not mixed just a happy normal. I really hope it lasts. Getting past the 7wk mark would be a PB.

Glad you're out and feeling okay. It may take a few days to adjust. For me it's like everything is new again.

Welcome home! Be sure to care for yourself since we tend to be rather fragile when we first get out of the hospital, just like someone who's getting over pneumonia. I'm glad you're feeling better.

Thank you all for your welcome back. Im trying to be kind to myself because yes, im feeling fragile.
I came home yesterday, will see my psychologist tomorrow and my psychiatrist in a few days. So I need to remind myself that I am well supported mentally.
