Let out of hospital this morning. Feeling a bit anxious about being in the real world. Otherwise feeling good.
It’s nice to have my head ‘normal’ — not manic, not mixed just a happy normal. I really hope it lasts. Getting past the 7wk mark would be a PB.

Welcome home! Be sure to care for yourself since we tend to be rather fragile when we first get out of the hospital, just like someone who's getting over pneumonia. I'm glad you're feeling better.

Thank you all for your welcome back. I’m trying to be kind to myself because yes, i’m feeling fragile.
I came home yesterday, will see my psychologist tomorrow and my psychiatrist in a few days.
So I need to remind myself that I am well supported mentally.
