I texted my T and pdoc telling them that starting tomorrow I will no longer be taking my meds. Might also stop therapy. Just don’t feel it is worth it anymore. Just don’t think I will be around long enough for it to matter. I doubt they even care.

I think you should talk to your T about how to proceed. I'm not saying don't stop your medication. I'm saying don't quit cold turkey, it can case seizures and other unwanted things. I say wait until Monday and call about stopping your meds. Maybe get an emergency appointment. Be honest with them why you're stopping your meds. I'm worried your stopping because you feel hopeless. Can you do IOP if you stop your meds? Do you have the skills needed for when your symptoms come back? I would continue with your therapist. However they may say they wont work with you unmedicated. Most of my therapists wouldn't work with me without being medicated.

Hello there,

You have been dealing with a lot but if you decide to go med free please discuss with your pdoc on how to properly taper off your meds.
