My therapist says we need to start EMDR now because of the last two days and my worsening symptoms. He wants to go slow so I won't get sick

He in fact called my abusive stepmother c*nt. Can you believe that? He said he saves that word for people who deserve it and he's mad at her for what she did to me.

I told him several things I've never told a t before. Such a helpful session.

I went through this and it helped TREMENDOUSLY! I finally was able to work through a trauma from my childhood when I had failed several times in the past. It does stir things up though.

That's one thing trauma T did warn me about. We went through grounding and relaxing techniques for that, like progressive muscle relaxation, breathing, etc.
