Went to judo!!!! Im so proud of myself and the endorphins are still flowing. I was careful re blood thinners. I remembered lots more than i thought i would and wasnt as out of shape as id feared.

Went tonight again. Physically its hard being so much more over weight but i am learning and remembering! Ill get a good night's sleep!

That is awesome! I've always wanted to do martial arts, but I'm not very coordinated or good at it. I remember I would try to do the stuff my daughter learned in karate when she was in it 2 or 3 years.

I ordered a gi ("g-ee") but it was miles too long. I think my boobs are just too big. :-(

I got back out and "ran" today. My husband really pushed me to do it. I was so thankful he did. It felt so good. My mind feels at its best when I'm running. |
