I'm going through a meds change, I wake up at 3 am. I'm hardly eating anything, so ya, things are a little messy right now.

Try to ride it out but call your doc if you think it's a problem. You're in my thoughts

Oof, that sounds awful. I have experienced something similar. Do you think it could be a mixed episode? Hope it stabilizes soon with the new med!
Thanks for this!

I don't know if I'm mixed. I'm also crawling out of my skin. I don't feel comfortable in my own body.

It sounds like a mixed episode. Can you at least call to speak with your Pdoc?

No, he does not take calls. If it's an emergency you have to go to the hospital he works at and ask for admission.

I talked to my T yesterday and she said what she always says. Listen to hubby, stay grounded, get up and do something to get you out of bed. Eat, meds, sleep.
