So worried About my granny who Is about to have surgery this am I'm crying. I had a dream something bad happened to her and I can't handle
That.

I'm getting a little better but I left ip too soon. I need guidance. Still feeling bugs everyday and back to feeling sad yesterday. Hoping its situational. I see pdoc and t tomorrow. I need help.

That's a lot of stressors all at once. I'd be crying too. You're not beyond what is a "normal" reaction to that level of distress and worry.
You're in my thoughts
Thanks for this!

It's your decision unless they see an imminent danger. They didn't take me and I was full on psychosis in mania.

Thanks. I started hallucinating while we were in session and he helped me calm down.
He wants me to come back Friday.
