Hi everyone. I joined up tonite because i'm feeling a little manic and was looking for some good old fashioned company instead of finding trouble and self destruction. I hope everyone is having a good night.

Hi there. I hope it isn’t too bad. I’ve been feeling a bit depressed myself. At first I didn’t mind it because I was coming off a mixed episode which was pure hell. Im beginning to miss having energy and motivation.
