is it psychosis if you just have tactile hallucinations?

I think it depends. There are many conditions that could cause people to feel certain physical sensations. Those should be ruled out. I would talk to your psychiatrist about them.
I have experienced psychosis on a number of ocasions, but have personally never had tactile hallucinations, that I remember (I often had manic blackouts). I've only had delusions, paranoia, and visual and auditory hallucinations in psychosis, that I remember. I have had experiences with olfactory hallucinations, though I don't think they were in psychosis. I've also had hallucination-type experiences in what I believe were dissociative type experiences (mostly visual and auditory distortions, and others). Ive been feeling them since the psychosis they said I had two weeks ago. it was part of it and hasn't left. either has the depression

I think it can be or its just because your so unwell.
Doesnt really matter what it "is" its just important to stay safe and figure out if you IP now or you can stay safe and see your T Matt Friday...

I think I can stay safe. Im staying busy which helps a little. I emailed my T about really, really struggling the last two days and he gave me reminders of what to try.
Thankfully I haven't self harmed today.
