Need some advice/insight from you …

years ago while we were changing meds I had an hour or so that I could not remember who I was , where I was or what I was doing there ( I was in a company truck) out of town …

this is not like that ( kinda ) … as I was driving I saw these two large green things ( like two large beachballs ) glowing in front of me … I had no idea what they were but thankfully I had enough sense left to slow down … I very slowly went past them and saw two more just filling my view … and then I came to myself and stopped … I set there a while till I felt safe to drive on … they of course were signal ( stop ) lights … thank god I was going very slow because I had no sense of anything else but those big glowing green balls …

I believe ( is this disassociation ?) … it there is no other answer I may have had a micro stroke … ?

any advice welcomed …

I once had a billboard reach out to me so I can see things not there but this was not like that … it was like a 60 second acid trip …

ps: i have not changed any med or dose for over 6 months ...

Tigger ....

When do you see your dr.? I would call your dr. and tell them this happened or your therapist. It sounds super scary and I'm glad you pulled over. I'm sorry I'm not more helpful.

Sounds like disassociation to me. I went through this once myself. Fortunately I was outside of the car. I did not recognize the car. I did not know where I was or what I was doing there. Totally blank. I had my keys in my hand. I looked at them and did not understand what I was suppose to do next. Fortunately this only lasted a short period of time. This only has happened to me once. I was under allot of stress at the time. So this may not happen again with you.

In my experience what you've described sounds like dissociation. Of course, dissociation can be caused by such medical conditions as epilepsy. My mom used to have "micro-strokes" (TIA's)...her experience of those were more physical than mental.
