I was running outside. I have been doing this in very warm weather for months now. Something happened to me that has never happened before in my life. Just before crossing a busy intersection, everything went white. It was like overexposed film. I could not make anything out. I then started to see partial outlines of cars. This went on for a minute. When I was able to see well enough, I walked to McDonalds nearby. I called Uber. When he picked me up, I was able to see better, but everything was still a bit brighter than normal.

It sounds like hypoxia (low brain oxygen level). You probably brought it on with your running. It can lead to a blackout.

Maybe a combination of hypoxia and stress? I guess I have no need to go to the ER.
