I’m useless here
 I don’t have good advice, And I’m not “perfect” Maybe I should go away I especially don’t have good advice on meds. I’m sorry this is so boring.

Don't go. You're more involved than I am. All I ever do is comment on the daily update thread. ...and all I ever say is that I'm meeting with my T or going to ECT. If you were to go, I'd need to also.
