It’s exhausting fighting the enemy,
The demons in our heads And the “system” - which gives us NO value, in “real” life IF we are “damaged” then wouldn’t a humane, intelligent person - professional - therapist - doctor - (in “real” life) at least TRY to be supportive?   Is there only one way out of this?  The problem is me. I know. Me and other “patients” It’s very hard to be what they want. Most of the family, even the non abusers, invalidate me if I ever speak about anything other than the utterly trivial. Someone said I’m one of somebody’s flowers. I guess that was a compliment And flowers do not live long.. They can’t fix me. I’m not “broken” - I’m me.

I have sealed myself off from all mental health professionals... as well as most everyone else in real life. (God save us from professionals.)
 I'm content providing a nice secure home for the demons in my head. We've been together for such a long time. It would be cruel to cast them out now...
