I found this online site for dealing with anxiety, and I wanted to share: Home - Anxiety Slayer
They have podcasts and guided meditations. Just started listening to it. Trying to develop some techniques because I am not doing the best with this recently. Wondering if anyone has any other resources for dealing with anxiety or depression to share? ![]() |

I also found this list of mindfulness apps for your phone. Many are free.
