I found this online site for dealing with anxiety, and I wanted to share: Home - Anxiety Slayer

They have podcasts and guided meditations. Just started listening to it. Trying to develop some techniques because I am not doing the best with this recently.

Wondering if anyone has any other resources for dealing with anxiety or depression to share?

I also found this list of mindfulness apps for your phone. Many are free.

MindFi looks interesting because it fits with your routine like mealtime or commutes. Maybe I'll try it and report back!
