I am having really weird thoughts. Paranoid and delusional ones my therapist said. I think I've also been hallucinating because I've been seeing shadows and white floating streaks that vanish into the ground.
When I met with my therapist the other day I accused her of lying to me and that I didn't trust her. Everything seems to be going more and more to hell now. Yesterday I thought I was being attacked by interdimensional spirits that wanted to get inside me. I saw one enter this dimension. They are there. Hiding. Can't see them but I feel them. I know it's ridiculous but it feels so true and real. Denying this is defying my inner instinct.

Ugh. Been there and it's miserable...frightening, too. Upping my Lamictal dose has helped. The demon thingies seem to have left.

Can you use grounding skills and fact check this horrible stuff ?
Hate to see you suffer with this , I do often so I speak from experience
