What do you do or who do you go to when you feel like you don’t wanna continue or have SI? I seem to be in the dark and tired of the damn SI every time I wake up in the morning and go to sleep at night..

Doctor, therapist, hospital, friend, here, writing?
I get those times when I'm just tired of being and I tired of those times. I'm dealing with it a lot lately myself. Getting outside my comfort zone helps. Today, I'm taking someone to an appointment and later will be going to a concert at a bar where I intend to not drink, but will be accepting of it if I do |

Been going through it myself, too. I tried talking to my T but was scared off with hospitalization talk. No one else I can turn to. I hope you find someone to comfort you.

I don't tell anyone other than posting here even when I'm to the point of having plans. I'm afraid of hospitalization, or that I'll be judged, or that I'll make someone worry. I wish sometimes I could open up, but it makes me too anxious.
Sorry you are going through such a dark time. I hope you find balance again soon. |

Hospital isn't a bad thing if you need it. I've only had one crap time in one out of the several prior commitments. They tried that time but weren't any good. Usually hospital has been super positive
