Meds have most definitely changed my personality. I went from being an extremely outgoing manic to a reclusive depressive after being on antipsychotics for a month.

Cymbalta made me sleepy and docile. Wellbutrin is making me snippy and a *****.
So I don't think they change my personality. They definitely change my self expression though, as a previous poster commented.
