Anyone else get it, when you're coming off a good mood or manic episode this pulling feeling like the inside of your chest is pulling itself into your guts?

Hey there!

Welcome to the Bipolar Forum!

I have not experienced the sensations you have written about.
I'd wanted to welcome you!
Hope to see you around!
