I don't agree with being told I've lost touch with reality. I think I'm just on a level of a different perspective of what's happening to me. I know the truth. I'm refusing to take lithium and my memory has faded. I haven't picked up my meds in over a week. I simply can't remember.

Is there a way they can deliver your meds to you? Will you take them if you have them? Are you just taking medication or are you also seeing a therapist?

Can you do self grounding and mindfulness? When I’m not doing well I can not do either ( about there now)

Do you just want off meds in general? If you do restart lithium don’t take your full dose right away ask your Pdoc or even a pharmacist how to restart, you don’t want to go toxic.

Hope things smooth out for you and those around you will see things from your perspective.

Stay safe

Yes I had lithium toxicity in June. No fun. I told the psych ER people that Truman is the president!

I am very sorry you are having a rough time.

I hope you will reconsider meds.

Please take care and keep us posted?

What does"in the red" mean? That can't be good.
