I’m having mild, passive suicidal thoughts tonight. And I’m wondering why. I don’t want to act on them, I guess you could call them an intrusive thought that my mind has gotten stuck on. Perhaps I’m stressed and it’s my mind’s way of crying out for relief. At any rate, it’s annoying. Anybody else get these occasionally?

I do. I'm groggy and falling asleep so I'll say more late but I wanted you to know you are not alone.

I don't, but that happens to a lot of people... so you're definitely not alone on this.

Occasionally?? I have them constantly. Not that I'll act on it, not at this point, anyway. But the thought never goes away. It's like a constant buzz in my mind.

I can identify with this.
I try to distract myself as much as possible. I don't always succeed.

They are constant for me. It's a way of life - learning to live with them. When they get really bad I'll take a sleeping pill and try to just sleep them off. It usually works.

Yeah i used too 24hrs a day. Now that i’m on some more appropriate meds its diminished to occasional bouts, fleeting moments a few times a day.
My reccomendation is to remind yourself constantly that its because of chemical abnormalities in your brain amd nothing else.

Almost constant for me too with small breaks. I find them annoying as well but am thankful when they are only to this degree. I hope they stop for you soon
