I’ve been noticing a lot of depressing post here lately I wanted to see some positive. I know Bipolar cycles and some days are up some or down. I want to see something happy in your posts. Could be anything just something that made you happy for a moment. Could be a good therapy session, new job, new relationship.

I’ll start I am so happy for this new job doing referrals and prior auths. I’m happy my relationship is the best it has been. I’m happy my meds are keeping me in check. I’m happy that I’m doing well grade wise. I’m happy that I like my new T he is awesome. I’m happy that I’m seeing a Cardiologist and might get an answer with my heart rate. I’m just happy and want to see other people’s happiness too.

I'm so happy to read that find happiness in many things. I also appreciate that you remind us that it's important to see the pleasures in small little things.

Unless I'm very ill, I do usually always find some pleasant moments each day. Often many.

Today my parrot was really excited and playful. It made me happy that he was so happy, and I laughed at his fun.

Later my husband and I took a walk in a park. The weather was lovely and the leafs are almost peak autumn colors. There we also saw that they are restoring an historic building. I was excited about what they'll likely do with it. The view from there was spectacular!

Later we went to the movies. I love that theater because they have comfy leather seats with recliners. We saw Bohemian Rhapsody. The music was great! The ending was sad, but touching in a sweet way. Hubby cried. He's so sensitive and cries frequently. That's not a bad thing at all to me. It is just a sign of something I already know. He's a loving, caring, romantic.

It really is the small things that count in life. I'm glad your parrot was playful, is he your profile if so he is very handsome. My kitty was glued to my side all day today. It's cool to hear they are restoring a historic building, maybe they'll redo a viewing deck.

I love theaters that have leather seats with recliners, I'm glad to hear that you had a very nice time at the theaters. The boyfriend just bought advanced tickets to the new Fantastic Beasts movie. He and I are ridiculous Harry Potter Nerds.

Guys that are sensitive are the best it takes a special kind of person to stick with someone with any sort of issues whether they be physical or mental.

I'm glad you got to see friends and had lunch with your son. Showers are the best anyway sorry that your water heater is broken. Cuddles and hugs are the absolute best. Glad to hear you had a good day.

Glad to hear you are upright, I know you are having a tough time with things right now so that's always good to hear and staying busy always helps. Hope you get to feeling better.

The other night I was walking(/dancing lol) home from a great evening at work at 11:30pm and there was the first good little snowfall on the ground. No one else had walked on it yet and it was sparkling like crazy and there was a wind lifting my hair up but it wasnt very cold and I had my music on and it was so perfect. The happiness felt like it was almost too much to contain.

No more dental work for 6 weeks and then I'll mostly be done with a long list of problems.

Snuggling with cats who want to be warm.

Chocolate pudding for dessert.

It’s the small things in life for me. I had a really nice talk with my daughter yesterday via FaceTime and right now I’m drinking caramel coffee cake flavored coffee with frosted sugar cookie flavored creamer cuddled up with my pets. It’s nice.

Our walk yesterday was fantastic. Seventy degrees and a slight breeze--our hot summers make the Fall weather a treat. Today's forecast is for the high temperature to reach 76 degrees.

That sounds absolutely wonderful, we still have a while before snow will come here and sometimes we don’t get snow at all. There is also nothing better than good day at work.

That sounds like a lovely day Jen, I’ve never tried frosted sugar cookie creamer before but it sounds delicious. There is nothing better than pet cuddles I think they make everything better.

I’m glad you had a nice walk, I’m sort of jealous about your weather it’s 60 and cloudy here.

He's 18 or more now thanks to steroids and that's plenty! He's like a 2nd weighted blanket all by himself.
