Have you ever had days that all you think are negative affirmations over and over. I’ve been saying I want to die repeatedly past month or so. (I don’t have any intentions) and I am worthless over and over. I just want the pain to stop.

I fully expect that repeating negative comments about yourself to yourself is not helping the pain. I believe negative comments to yourself only feeds your stubborn depression.

This repetitive obsession sounds a bit like an OCD type of thing....any chance you could see your therapist to discuss these thoughts...I hope you have one.

Try writing down positive affirmations instead.
