Feeling alone

I flew to LA to visit my brother for Thanksgiving and he doesn't seem to be really enjoying my company. So far I've just been alone on campus. I can't get into the dorms because he has the keys. I expressed this to him, but I think homework matters more to him... I've been having a tough time in general and at school too and was hoping to have some fun this weekend, or at least be able to hang around the studios where he works.

I honestly feel alone 24/7 so I can relate. Sorry to hear that your brother is very busy. College can be extremely time consuming depending on the classes.

I'm sorry Clydeblack, have you tried talking to him that you wish to spend more time together, maybe go out and get a coffee together. I'm sorry you are having a rough go with school.

Yeah I'm in the labs with him right now, maybe I wasn't communicating directly. Thanks for the hugs

I'm studying Critical and Visual Studies with a minor in philosophy. I signed for some studio courses for next semester so that hopefully it will give more variety to my schedule

That sounds like fun, I took a philosophy class when I was getting my Information Tech degree, now I'm studying Healthcare Administration and the major's couldn't be more different. I hope you do well this semester.
