I thought this thread could be a list of daily activities that we do all the time- just to remind ourselves to do them (if maybe we're feeling low and forget!)
so today have you: got up?-yes washed your face and cleaned your teeth?- yes exercised?- no showered?- no got dressed?- yes eaten?- yes drink?- yes taken meds?- yes any other activities you feel should be in this thread you can add too Last edited by Anonymous32451; Dec 01, 2018 at 11:19 AM. |

Not a problem. It's just something I do most every morning. There is also check your email and text messages, if you want to add even more.
