I started taking sertraline recently and have been losing weight and my hands shake all the time and i just wondered if any one out there has had this happen. i'm not too sure if i should worry or not. i read the side effects and know i should call the dr. but the med is working well and i don't know how serious this is.

I don't have any personal experince with this, but if it says you should call the doctor, that will be the best option. You may also get more responses in the drug forum, but when there are warnings it is for a reason. I understand you not wanting to call, because it seems to be working, but you can't be sure if the side effects are worth it.
good luck
