To make changes to my diet (i.e. cut down on cheese and chocolate. Might eliminate it completely).

Not a resolution really, but I fully intend to stop being a better friend to people than they are to me in return ... I'm tired of doing this to myself and ending up excruciatingly hurt because of it.

I already done good because I refused to be the first to send out Merry X-mas texts to people on my phone's contact list this year, and out of all the phone numbers of supposed friends in my phone, guess how many texts I got wishing me a Merry X-mas first?

Three! ... Only Three!

Nothing like reading the writing, or the lack thereof, on the wall so to speak.

Done ... Finito ... Over & Out!

Yes, I need to keep less chocolate in my house as well--but now that Halloween and Christmas is over it is much easier until Easter....

Per doctor orders, treat my liver with more respect and stop drinking.

Make some needed life changing alterations to get out of a rut....like more outside activities other then drinking and watching t.v. After work.

Find a weekend therapist.
