You always give the (wise) advice that bipolar cycles - it always cycles and you'll get back to "normal" (whatever that is).

Keep flinging coping skills.

I'm struggling now too so I understand 100% what you are going through.

One of my best friends is currently going through hell and I’m lucky she still is walking the earth. I want to physically go hug her but she lives in another country far far away.

I ALWAYS go into a tail spin after I come back from a Florida trip. There is nothing but stress and triggers each time.

I know this will all ease , I see my T next week finally!!!!! I use to see him weekly but no monies for that often now.

Whinefest, sorry

(((((( Christina ))))))

I am sorry you are going through so much.

It's so tough when loved ones are struggling. I am sure you are being a wonderful, supportive friend to your loved one. Luckily, we can interact with our loved ones far away with today's technology.

You have recently lost a good friend, so this must be especially difficult.

I am here for you.

Love and Prayers,

WC

I'm so sorry, ~Christina It sounds like you're dealing with a lot right now. Please don't give up. Things can get better. Remember that you're very loved here, as many have already shown. So please don't feel guilty about writing here, you're not whining at all. I'm glad you're going to see your T next week! Maybe that could help. I hope you're feeling a bit better this morning. Thanks everyone ... I’m waiting for a update about my Friend , time zones have us off at times. I’m hopefully they have found a bed for her very soon.

Tears? Yes I’m a rage-y today .. started cleaning and everything that could go wrong has gone wrong. Half and half for my coffee decided to explode out of the container “ all over “ my kitchen ...... 2 Xanax later I finally just sat down. My husband hates to see me losing my shyt like that.

Making dinner soon and I hope that goes smoothly or you all might hear my head literally explode.

If my Bipolar could just ease off a lil bit I’d be forever grateful.

I won’t even discuss my chronic pain. Altho that’s a huge part of my current problems. Glad I got the Bipolar AND chronic pain and fatigue card in life .

Thank you all so much. I’m going to go around and offer great advice to get me outta my own head , but I can’t get it to work great for me right now , maybe will help others ??

Hugs to all

~Christina you will get through this. waiting on news about friends are so stressful. Tell her everyone here is rooting for her to. Don't beat yourself up about not being stable for her. Your deallying with your own stuff and that's okay.See will understand.
