Interesting. This is a point of dread for me, as I far more enjoy the company of men. Always have. Not just romantically, but as friends. The thought of just being surrounded by a bunch of women, ugh. I have never fit in this way, and the prospect of that being moreso.... yeah, dread. Great! Fitting in even less! <sarcasm>

That said, grumpy old men get on my nerves as much as anything, so maybe I'll just have no one to get along with(!)

The only real hope I can have is that others (of whatever gender) consciously choose to not let their minds set in stone and also to buck silly gender conventions. This is one of my big questions. Will people who grew up in different time frames be different in significant ways as they age? God, I hope so, because I have no intention of following some outdated script.
