Welcome back!

Many of us, likely most of us, would like to have a great life without meds. Very few of us can get by without meds. I am sorry you have had a rough 2 years; yet, am glad you are under a pdoc's care at this time. It may take some time to get the med cocktail right.

I hope you will find the information and the support you may be seeking.
So glad you are reaching out! Make yourself at home!

Hope to see you around the forums!

I'm on 300mg lamictal, 30mg vyvanse, 60mg buspar. I dont feel over medicated or sleepy thanks to the vyvanse. It doesnt go **** for when I'm manic but I'm learning to deal with that. I just couldn't handle being depressed for months at a time anymore. I wouldn't recommend doing it without meds at all since that's when many people go off the deep end like my friend that hung himself in his front yard. Hang in there.

Welcome back! I am sorry you have had such a tough run. Can you discuss your med with your pdoc. Maybe they just are not for your body chemistry. DOn't give up. There may be the right treatment around the corner.

I'm so sorry you've been hurting so much, taymickeva3 I'm glad you've started taking meds. Hopefully that will help a bit. Do you see a therapist? Maybe that could help. You could learn new ways to cope with your feelings. I'm so sorry, please don't give up. You're taking care of yourself and that's good. Just do your best like you're already doing. That's all you can do after all. I hope you'll feel better soon. Feel free to PM me anytime. Let me know if I can do something to help you. Wish you good luck! Let us know how it goes. Sending many hugs to you
