Just wondering if this has happened to anyone.

I wake up at a normal time (between 7 and 8) and immediately after I'm awake I feel hypomanic. Sped up, talking fast, wanting to be occupied doing something at all times. Then around 9pm I hit a wall and am exhausted and go to sleep fairly early (10pm-ish).

Does this just mean my baseline personality is a bit speedy? Has this happened to anyone?

Yes and no. I do feel the same when i’m in a “moderate” hypomania. But if its launch time hypomania its becomes like 5am to 11pm, sometimes less.

Yes that’s how I feel as a ‘medicated hypomanic’. It’s like I’m a saucepan simmering with the lid on. I actually find it to be a really uncomfortable feeling.
