|
I'm having a really rough year and it's mostly my fault. I have intense, racing suicidal thoughts and my pdoc is very concerned. I'm going back in tomorrow. I was involuntarily put IP last week for an attempt and now I'm having the thoughts again.
This sucks, is all.

 I hope it will help. You don't deserve to suffer like this. I know it's hard. I hope things will get better soon for you. Just try to take care of yoursel. Stay safe. That's the priority. After you'll feel a little bit better, you can start working on yourself. Just stay safe for now. That's the most important thing in the world. Keep us updated on your situation if you can. Those thoughts can get to any of us and you shouldnt blame yourself. You being safe is most important and hopefully this IP will help get those under control

This is not your fault. Your brain is going haywire. Don’t be embarrassed that it’s the forth time this year. Any amount of times is worth it to save your life. I’ve had periods of many hospitalisations over a short time. Like you, I was out of control and a constant treat to my life. In the end things calmed down and I could be safe at home. Give yourself time. I really hope the doctors can find the right treatment ASAP.
