I’ve been doing so freaking well and now I’m feeling depressed again. I’m the black sheep of my family and can’t do anything right. I’m tired of it.

That's my family life too, yet I'm usually the one to drop everything and help when needed.

HALLIEBETH, one day you can get some emotional distance from them and realize they are wrong about you. Okay? Please don't let them get to you.

I think I know why I’m suddenly down so badly. I just began my time of the month. Always brings me down.

False alarm. It was not that time. I’m still very depressed.

I just feel like isolating. I’m supposed to start a new bible study at church tonight and don’t feel like going but I already bought the book. -sigh-

maybe the bible study could be exactly what you need. you'll never know. give it a try. I find being around some people, even if it's just walking down the street and people watching, helps me plenty. sorry you are going through this now. sending hugs your way. it will pass. give yourself some time. stay strong. keep us posted
