Possible trigger:
As a result I'm falling asleep and too tired to act on my SI plan.

Tomorrow I'm checking in with tdoc around midday. I'm worried she'll send me to the ER.

Possible trigger:

Hi,
I am sorry you are having such a rough time. Is your SO around to support you?

I hope you do see your tdoc today.

Please do go to the hospital if you are not doing better today.

It is time for the ER or IP. Please don't fear it. You've adjusted the meds on your own several times and it isn't working. You are too close to harming yourself and you would benefit from being monitored. Please go. Your doc should have encouraged you to go the other day when you called.

I'm sorry you have to go through this. Remember that biopolar is like a wave - they come and go. Keeping ideations does not meen that you have to follow them. Take small steps to help yourself. Do you have a list of things that help you to get throught his?

I emailed pdoc about what has been going on and he bumped up my clozapine again to 500mg. Fingers crossed this does the trick.
