I think I’m getting weird side effects from
Increased haldol. It comes goes the last few days:

My eyes drift upward like I can’t control
It. It just happens for a while then goes away.
I even went to urgent care and the dr called a pdoc Tk ask. They said I probably needed a benadryl shot. But they wer closing and wouldn’t have time to do it. My sister had brought me. By the time we left it was getting better so she didn’t take me to the hospital. I’m afraid it’s gonna Happen again and again.

When I take Haloperidol it works well but after six days my vision goes weird so I have to stop it for a week before going through the same again. I only take it short term in emergencies like hospitalisations though. Vision problems are listed as one of the side effects.

Try and see your pdoc ASAP and see what s/he can do about it.

Yes that is a bad side effect of Haldol. It can become permanent so its best you call your Pdoc right away.

I would certainly skip a few doses to bring down your blood levels.

Sorry this is happening to you

My dr said it was a serious side effect but cut that dose in half and gave me cogentin since it helps so well with psychsois

I hope that helps. That sounds very unsettling.
