I can feel myself on a downward spiral. I am depressed and unmotivated. I'm also having suicidal urges. I'm concerned that the entity that controls my thoughts is putting these ideas into my head. What should I do?

Check in with your pdoc. Maybe a med adjustment can help.

Yes. If you have a therapist please check in with them immediately. If nothing else try 911 Sounds like a psychiatric ER.

Didn’t you have a similar episode last year? I wonder if it’s a seasonal thing.

Get help for sure as soon as you can. Stay in touch with us too.

Yes, I have a seasonal pattern. June is right on time for a depressive/psychotic episode. I'm hoping the clozapine with mitigate my symptoms.

Thanks all for the responses!

I emailed pdoc to tell her about my symptoms. Maybe she'll suggest a med tweak?

When I got manic/started with psychosis last year I took a 4 day pulse of 25 mg more clozapine than usual and that stopped it. I was asleep for about a week but it was worth it. You know clozapine works for you so I would contact my pdoc and ask if you need a boost for your symptoms. Just don't let it get worse.
