Yup. Still wide awake. I washed my hair a bit ago and took benedryl because I was itchy and still wide awake. Binging "Florence Foster Jenkins". I won't be able to wake up in the morning- that's if I DO sleep at all.

Put on long underwear, socks, a tshirt and a sweatshirt. Ate cereal. Feeling calmer now. My movie is over.

I really hope you were able to catch some Zzzz's Moose! I can relate. before my PDoc put me on Klonopin, I would stare at the ceiling for hours. sometimes I would have to go back downstairs and have tea and some melatonin. it's the worse.

Cutting seroquel dose in half could be the reason.

Hypomania or....?
I just left my fwb's house. Am I getting manic again? I feel totally reset- rebooted!- since our visit. Repeated bliss. Pdoc says that talking about sex is unusual- or at least she seems to act that way. I am so psyched! That was the best thing ever. Its only enough for a few days. Heightened senses, i just wanted to scream how great I felt (well yeah you can take that two ways!). I doubt Ill sleep tonight again. Im really hyped! I want more but i dont want to disturb the memory of how perfectly awesome it was! Ok. Am I going nuts? Will all my friends here think ive lost my marbles??
