Well I'm at the end of coming off diazepam! I'm scared tho bc my next cut is going from 2 mgs to 1 mg. On benzo buddies they recommend a 10-20% cut. I'm afraid I'll have really bad anxiety. I cut on Thursday. Stay on 1 mg for 21 days then jump off.
I could really use all the support I can get as I do this. It hasn't been as hard as I thought it would be. But I have had to have trazadone increased a couple times for insomnia. And I've days filled with anxiety. But they do pass. I hope it's not that hard. But I'm worried about it. Ugh! |

you are going from 1mg to none?
you should taper off .25mg at a cut over a couple of weeks each cut. does this make sense? bizi I had to get off my .5mg klonipin for sleep. Since I drink pdoc did not want to prescribe it for me. sigh I have not been sleeping well at all. bizi

@rose1985 have you taken any other benzos? I ask because I am having an MRI monday and the doc gave me two pills of valium. Back in the day I used to take xanax but its been a long time. I have never taken valium and wanted to know what to expect.

I'm so scared about this coming cut. My psych nurse is going on vacation and I don't know if her replacement will help me out if I have really bad anxiety. I'm just scared. I cut on Thursday. Oh god please help me!
