Well I'm at the end of coming off diazepam! I'm scared tho bc my next cut is going from 2 mgs to 1 mg. On benzo buddies they recommend a 10-20% cut. I'm afraid I'll have really bad anxiety. I cut on Thursday. Stay on 1 mg for 21 days then jump off.

I could really use all the support I can get as I do this. It hasn't been as hard as I thought it would be. But I have had to have trazadone increased a couple times for insomnia. And I've days filled with anxiety. But they do pass. I hope it's not that hard. But I'm worried about it. Ugh!

you should taper off .25mg at a cut over a couple of weeks each cut.

I had to get off my .5mg klonipin for sleep. Since I drink pdoc did not want to prescribe it for me.

Yeah, it's diazepam it's not like lorazapam or the stronger ones. That's all I can do. She gave me enough pills for that and that's it.

I'm so sorry you're not sleeping. Can you ask for something like like trazadone for sleep? Not sleeping is awful. I would ask for something to help for it.

I can't take trazadone, made me hypomanic and could not breath out of my nose. seroquel did not work. 100mg of visteril/atarax is not working for me.
Until I quit drinking my sleep is going to suck.

@rose1985 have you taken any other benzos? I ask because I am having an MRI monday and the doc gave me two pills of valium. Back in the day I used to take xanax but its been a long time. I have never taken valium and wanted to know what to expect.

It just may cause some dowsiness. But you're on Klonopin, that's way stronger. I doubt you'll even feel it...

I'm so scared about this coming cut. My psych nurse is going on vacation and I don't know if her replacement will help me out if I have really bad anxiety. I'm just scared. I cut on Thursday. Oh god please help me!
