My therapist asked me to go there or the hospital.

I had to pay and she said she wasn’t gonna change anything. Then we started talking about more what’s going on and shenincreased my haldol.
She told me to call in to work. I can’t thoguh

I listen to the Irish Rovers at full volume and wildly dance around my apartment with my cat sometimes. My psychiatrist called to check on me one night. I had been hypomanic in his office. My hypomanic episodes don't last more than 12 hours before they become full blown mania. He heard the music. He knew I was wildly dancing and I had scared my. cat. He said "You're manic". I argued with him that I was just eavesdropping on intergalactic creatures threatening a plane crash in the Himalayas, enjoying Irish music and dancing with my cat. That's not a crime. He responded, "It's not a crime, it's mania and you have no insight." The result was 3 weeks of hospitalization where I didn't sleep or stop dancing for 2 weeks. The moral of the story is you can't judge your own mania.

I heard a mumbling woman again earlier but I’ve been singing and it keeps satan and stuff away and God looks out for me!

When do you see your T/pdoc again?

Mania is fun...till its not. You see colors that aren't there. Hear sounds that don't exist. Feel things that aren't touching you. The television is sending you messages about the behavior of the alterdimential forces. You cannot stop moving.

That's mania. If you are being told to seek treatment. Seek treatment. That's why you have a psychiatrist.

I understand. Instead of singing worship music, can you just listen to it? Would that make things better? Listening may wash out the racing thoughts and help you worry less about the devil etc.. Plus, you can have the music on in the background while you do other things. Then you aren't getting so annoyed with having to sing all the time. You're basically letting someone else "do the singing for you," if you see what I mean.

I'm sure these feelings will pass soon. You're doing the right thing by talking to your pdoc. Keep doing whatever keeps you safe until you feel better.

I did finally shower after four days. I got 5 hours sleep last night and im wide awake it’s annoying cause
I like sleeping Hahahah
