I have to work tonight. Im dreading it to be honest. My t emailed me and said go to IP if I’m in crisis but I’m not and I’m not going to either!

Since you're angry, have you thought about watching some funny videos on YouTube? A chuckle or two can take the edge off things, at least temporarily.

Idk I’m here at work about to go in and I’m dripping with anger. No prn. Wish I wasnt here.
Will this anger leave? I don’t get this mood much. Usually I’m happy when manic.
