Hey everyone!

As most of you know, I've been around these parts for a very long time. PsychCentral has been my home in the darkest of times. The staff, DocJohn, every single member here has been the loves of my life.

When we are in the throes of our illness, we usually can't see "the bigger picture," and we tell ourselves the same things over and over because we think we can't do anything else. I am here to tell you that YOU ABSOLUTELY CAN!

My new blog that is in my signature, is my new contribution to the world. But I made this post to share with you the first blog I ever made seven years ago. It has some really deep stuff, and stuff that is hard to deal with, but I firmly believe that if you write everything out, everything you feel, you will start to feel better about everything you are going through.

Take a look, and let me know what you think!

thanks for sharing your blog. I will look at it later

on a sidenote: I just clicked on the link in your signiture and read your post about steve erwin. I used to watch crocodile hunter all the time as a child. I remember exactly the day he died.. I was told that their was some bad news, and I thought that it was something in the family, and when I found out who it was I just broke down, he was such a big part of my childhood

you're right. such a love for nature

what's sad is that he died doing what he liked best.

wasn't he bitten by a stingray?
