Thank you MickeyCheeky
I noticed on a different sub forum that you’re having/had a hard time.
I rarely leave this ‘bipolar’ sub forum so it was a fluke that I saw it.
I don’t know what you think of this suggestion but are you happy to repost it here in ‘bipolar’? I would hate for you not to be noticed by those who like me don’t leave the bipolar forum.

Thank you SO MUCH guys! I am sorry if only now I'm noticing this thread, but I want to make clear that it IS very much appreciated! You are right that I've never asked for Support here. That's not because I do not like your guys - quite the opposite! But I've never been officially diagnosed with Bipolar so I don't think it'd be fair to ask for help here. Even though I DO suffer from some symptoms and even though I do see a Pdoc and take Meds to help my Mood, I don't think it'd be fair to self-diagnose myself like that. There are other people who need help much more than I do. Still, I try to support when I can! I hope this doesn't disappoint anyone here, I should've made this clear from the start I apologize for that! But I like ALL of you here and I hope you'll still accept me if you wish to do so. In any case, I admire you all for your strength and I have much to learn from ALL of you! Please keep fighting, my friends. Things WILL get better, I am sure of that! Sending hugs to ALL of you! YOU ALL ROCK SO MUCH!

we're here for everyone. The good and the bad your struggle is just as important as anyone else's. I for one don't mind if you post here as you are a part of are community no matter what your dx is. I'm sure others feel the same.

You don’t need the Bipolar stamped in ink to post here

If you deal with feelings that you can relate to maybe Bipolar then by all means stick around , regardless.

Please know it’s okay to ask for support whenever you need it regardless of the symptom or whatever struggle is going on.

It saddens me to see people think others have it worse so they don’t want to ask for help we all struggle in someway or another.

And also it saddens me that people feel guilty not wanting to post good positive things and that they are stable etc. I enjoy reading of people overcoming hurdles, being able to get out and socialize when it’s not been possible etc etc etc the examples go on and on.

I’ve been around here for a pretty long time now and have been active on many forums on PC but there’s something about the Bipolar forum that just feels like ..... home, everyone is more accepting here, open to other ideas than just “shove a pill” at whatever is bothering you, can’t tell you the last time I saw Drama happening.

So stay.... give what you can , take what you need
