MM you should be super proud of yourself for making the call and I am so glad they could get you in so soon.It makes me genuinely happy to think you will get some help. Don't feel guilty as you told them what was happening and they made the decision to move up your appointment.

See that's the thing they have no idea what's going on. I didn't call the med line. I called the appointment line and just asked if they had a sooner appointment. So they scheduled me for tomorrow due to cancellation.

Even better. An extra spot opened up. Hopefully there arent any feelings of guilt about that.

She upped my abilify by 5 mg and gave me ambien to sleep. She said it'll take a while but made me promise to call if things get worse. (I don't break promises no matter what) She says it's psychosis not anxiety. She'll see me in 6 weeks. We caught H's T on the way out and she was concerned to see us. She sees us in 2.5 weeks. My pdoc is happy I'm going to the other company for therapy because they have a waiting list here.

How are you feeling about the changes? I know you were afraid she would send you IP and you were able to avoid that. It seems like everything went better than expected. I hope the med changes work out for you and you fine relief soon!

I worry it's not enough but at the same time that's why I like her. My pharmacy wont have my script ready until Friday. I'll take 1.5 pills until then.

A good friend once reminded me that there's nothing to worry about until there's something to worry about. Try to focus on other things and give the meds a shot. If you try and it doesn't work then you can worry a bit. Until then, there are more productive ways to spend your energy. You did all of the right things. Maybe just take some time to be proud of yourself.

She told me to call if I need to and I told her I wouldn't. That I don't like calling outside appointments. My husband jumped in and said I will. So she made me promise to call and set me up in 7 weeks which was the soonest appointment she has.

Not a good day. Won't be left alone today.
