I was thinking for motivation it might be nice to have a thread to post our daily/weekly goals and check in if we wanted to. You could also post a one time goal if you want, really anything goes.

I am going to try actually meditating for 5 minutes a day. My plan is to make it an everyday thing, but I'll start with a goal of daily for the next week. I keep saying I am going to do it, and not doing it. I'll check back to let you know how it's going!

Right now, my only project is in getting through the next few days.
One of the goals I have is to start injecting a medication I have been putting off for over 2 years. I am not 100% sure I "want" to do this. I do need to do it in order to delay deterioration related to Psoriatic Arthritis. uggh!

I have much to do, but this is the biggest task, the most challenging task, at hand. Mostly because I have very mixed feelings.

Get to the grocery store. I've put it off and procrastinated so much that I had to stop at the corner store today for milk and bread for mum. It's my job to keep the larder full.

Finally, I went today cause every $50 you spend you get .25 cents off a gallon of gas. I've saved almost ten dollars off my gas once! So stocked the larder and bought mum a small cake.

Next goal, wash the sheets for the spare bedroom and get that bed made!

I just need to see my Doctor tomorrow about this huge Asthma flare and hopefully be able to handle the steroids that I need .... and hope it doesn’t kick my Bipolar sideways. It’s always a balancing act needing steroids

I did the card!. woohoo!. later I am going to see the person who it's for as well (they are coming round), so will get to see what they think. I hope that they like it!

my goals for today are:

- do my laundry (which I've done)

- empty my inbox (which I've done)

- post on here (doing that now.)

- give my friend the card

- empty the bin in my bedroom

- listen to some music

- have something good to eat

update my computer.

it keeps pestering me to update to a newer version of windows (as the current one ends support in november)

it's still windows 10, so I guess I shouldn't really have any reservations, but I hate updates.
