It has been a busy day, again. I am grateful I can make a dent in all that needs to be done. I was also fortunate enough to be in touch with a friend I deeply admire. We'd messaged back and forth all day long, while moving along in each of our days! My friend was having a very challenging day and I'd wanted to be there for her as much as possible, even though we are many miles apart. I am grateful for friends.

Lots of challenges. Just taking it step by step. It works best for me this way.

Much Love to ALL!

Still floating? Or has that come to an end for the year? ( hope you get a few more days) it was freaking 99 here today.

I can’t believe I’m actually saying this but I’m ready for Fall as well. Enough with the pool (it closes Sunday)...these high 90 something degree days are for the birds.

Hugs!

I'm so nauseous from this headache. It's as bad as the migraine I had in college that had made me stay up for 72 hrs with no sleep.

I bought some aleve, so I'm hoping it'll kick in soon. I took it around 20 mins ago...

I'm desperately trying NOT to puke up the aleve. That would be catastrophic!

Blue, you can try holding ice at the base of your thumb between it and your index finger. It's an accupressure point and can help. Pinching it can help too or running cold water on it but I find ice works best. It's not a cure-all but it can help. So can covering your eyes with an ice cold washcloth.

Blue~

Sorry you have a migraine. I have a prescription for Sumatriptan but lots of times it doesnt even touch the pain. You can take a shower- i find I feel better in the shower. A dark quiet room helps too. My doctor's office gives a shot of something if the headache is really bad. Also once i went to the ER for one and they gave me IV Benedryl. Thats the only time ive gotten benedryl for a migraine though . it did work!

I was replying to the thread of one symptom that you wish you didn't have... and just felt maybe put it in the check In thread and say hi, last winter many helped me out with just babbling here.. thanks.

It's not a single symptom but, ...
If "they are right " and if it is a dash of bipolar ...
The spot I get into where extremely agitation, hopelessness and hopefulness, and more- rapidly or at the same time it seems.. its maddening, and I start to question every thing, and yet with such clarity... Nothing is real but yet it's all too real.
dislike visual thoughts
Possible trigger:

The "really this isn't normal " thought comes to my head, and nothing is wrong with me ((until it is or In the aftermath realizing)).

And then... it's all almost like a dream.

Any who, be well ... sorry I've wondered off from this area and stopping in for those that get annoyed by me- but hi and hugs that will accept them.

I've been doing ok enough , last July and August was a bit rough but I feel fine now, hopefully this winter wont be too off.
I still question the diagnosis but I still try best to learn, cope, and keep going some how ... and I still am wondering about

Welcome back Beauflow! I get the same thoughts sometimes and it's scary but you just have to remind yourself you are in control.

Keep posting!

Got about 3 hours of sleep. Feeling better though, much more energy. Probably up for the day I guess. Happy because it's gonna rain and be cool today!

Do you have any openings for the "I can't sleep either" club? I got 4-5 hrs myself.

It's gonna be hot here today, and I am NOT looking forward to it. I'd much prefer your weather!

What dose are you on? I take 10mg of abilify and it took a few weeks

Edit: Just saw your signature that you take 15mg
