My t says I’m “still a little manic.”

I’m still seeing spiders and feeling bugs just not as bad

I'm so sorry you're still struggling, HALLIEBETH. Are you taking your Meds and doing everything that you must do? I hope you're following your Pdoc's instructions. Please stay safe. ALWAYS remember that you matter and your Life matter. Keep us updated as much as you can. We're here for you when you need advice and support and we care. You can always PM the ones you trust the most as well if you don't want to make it public. I'm also available if you wish to contact me. Sending many safe, warm hugs to you, HALLIEBETH! Keep fighting and keep rocking!

Yes I’m taking my meds like I’m
Supposed to. I’ve just got all this energy! I worked my *** off at work the last two days. I got some sleep. My t is still worried about me.
I mean I’m better than I WAS

I think that's the thing to focus on. You are moving in a positive direction. Its ok to still be a little manic. Your T at least recognized it isn't as severe as it was previpusly. Just stay focused on channeling your energy into your work and other positive outlets. You're doing a great job.

I called my dr to update him cause he told me tk last week. I told him what my t said and how’s I was doing.

He upped my haldol to a little more. 2mg In am, 2 mg in afternoon and 10mg bedtime

How do you feel about the Haldol increase?

Sounds like your recent increase in Haldol dose has helped a lot, even if it hasn't completely gotten rid of the hallucinations yet. So hopefully this extra increase will finally do the trick.

P.S. I don't like the feeling of bugs or even seeing them. Ick! I don't know how people can keep pet tarantulas!

My day got better!
The guy I’ve been talking to on bumble/texting and I met for coffee! He’s adorable and so sweet!
