I started putting a reminder on my phone for my med. It's really helping me. I was beginning to forget to take it. Suffering for not taking it, including mistakes at work because my mind just wasn't clear, depressed, etc.
Well I'm happily back on track.

There is actually a really good app for medication reminders that I had for a while when I was on a lot more medication than I am now. It's called Medisafe Medication Reminder and not only will it remind you to take your medication; but allows you to mark if you taken it for the day so if you get to thinking hey did I take X you can look at the app and see if has been marked taken for the day or not. You can also set refill reminders among other things, plus you can list what doctor so if you have more than one doctor who deals with your meds then you can refer back to the app and remember who's office to bother about questions about that medication. I really liked the app when I felt that I needed to be reminded to take them.
A medication organizer is another good thing to have around. Amazon has got some really cute ones that don't look like a medication organizer; plus they are small and compact and easy to shove into a purse for the day.

bit of a novel way of doing things.. but I actually use names of medications as passwords.
when I think about that site (what ever one I need to go too), it reminds me though it's annoying if I don't take them and I worry I've messed up so most days I just remember like clockwork anyway |
