I’m going to see my uncle in hospice here in a bit. It’s a three hour drive. This week has been so

Hope it goes well. You are a good person for going to see your uncle. I know it must be a stressful transition for you and him. Keep your head up. It will get better.

Now I just got word my pawpaw (moms dad) fell
While visiting my uncle in hospice and has to get
Stitches
I’m his head!

I can’t handle all this

You have had a lot of stress.

Maybe do some breathing exercises and/or employ other coping skills?

You might find bluebicycle's thread on "untwisting our thinking " helpful, too. It is something we could all use, especially when feeling overwhelmed.

I hope your loved ones are comfortable.
I hope life gets easier for you right away!

Must be in the stars today!
My mom also fell today. She was injured, but did not need medical attention. Needed my attention. She got it!

Take it easy, as much as possible. Don't want you also having a mishap, especially while you are driving.

I sat with tears as I watched my uncle pass peacefully from
This world.

His suffering is finally over.

I’m sorry for your loss I’m also glad he’s no longer stuffering he fought a long battle.

Be kind to yourself and start counting days until you see Matt. Now would be a good time to journal , it’s helped you in the past.
