Im not sure if this is a schiz thing, a med thing, or just a me thing- but these last... 8 months maybe I have noticed that I make a lot of bizarre movements. They get worse at night but they happen at all times of day.

Mostly its this piano playing motion of my fingers and this shaking of my hand at the wrist.

Less often its face twitching and rocking my body slightly.

Sometimes its closing my eyes hard. Squeezing them together. But mostly its the hand stuff

Im not sure why I do this. I never did this before. Im not sure if its anxiety or a new habit thing or what.

Anyone else have weird movements?

Do you by any chance also have restless leg syndrome?

Could be TD. What's your antipsychotic? Haldol is notorious for causing TD.

I got tremors and twitches from Lithium, but they went away. I occasionally get them now when dehydrated.

I am firmly in the talk to your doctor camp. This kind of symptom needs to get checked out immediately.
