So I got my quarterly evaluation which I get based off of accommodations we have in place. They are still saying I am not performing to the level I need to. This time they rank some of my work as unsatisfactory which is crap. Then they say they want more detailed reports but they won’t give me more hours on the project to do that. They claim I didn’t ask for help on a project when I did many times. They also said I was curt in emails which isn’t true. But apparently I stepped on someone’s toes and hurt some sensitive egos. They asked one girl I worked with if I did a good job and if it was ok working with me. She said yes so they asked her 3 more times until she finally asked what it was that they wanted her to say. So they are looking for any dirt they can get. I know I need to leave this job but I haven’t been able to find a new one yet. I am so frustrated.

Have to meet with my boss tomorrow. I can’t decide whether I should just not talk or lay into her and all the lies in the document. I got in trouble because my emails are too short.

I would try to go and just listen. I don't think anything will be accomplished by you laying into her.
